This notice explains how Reach Works — a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KvK 42148179), Amsterdam — collects and uses personal data through rworks.ai. For anything about your data, email [email protected]. Reach Works is the data controller.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us and what's needed to run the site:

The audit request form — your name, work email, website, and anything you add in the message field. The knowledge-base sign-up — your email address. Basic technical data — our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address and request details) to serve and protect the site. We run no advertising or analytics trackers, and the light/dark theme setting is stored only in your own browser, never sent to us.

Why we use it

We use the details from the audit form to respond to your enquiry and take steps you've asked for before any engagement. We use sign-up emails to send you knowledge-base updates, on the basis of your consent — you can opt out at any time. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use Netlify to host the site and process form submissions, and standard email services to receive and reply to your message. These providers act on our behalf. Where any data is handled outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete them. Sign-up emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to how we use it — just email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

We may update this notice as the business or the law changes; the date above always reflects the current version.
